My farmer is deliana and she clears in around a minute and is my first 6-star my second is now Trunda with my starter being Elhain I also have Suzerain, deacon, Tuhak, Erinyes, Tayrel, Dark Athel, and would like to know who would be the best farmer.

We are going to go over the importance of building your campaign farmer the correct way to get the best results. This can be for any stage of the game, early to mid and mid to late, this build will be suitable for you.
You can use all sorts of Campaign farmers if they have good abilities to suit ie: the farmer has a primary attack which is AOE (area of effect) and a secondary ability which is also AOE, lots of crit damage and 100% crit rate.

Having a 7 second farmer is HUGE! This will cut times down significantly, especially with auto clicker. This was the biggest change to my game since I got SOD. If you have your dungeon teams stable and a decent clan boss team this is a role that will make food grinds so much easier.

Here is Saurus artifacts and masteries optimized by Ayumilove for campaign speed farming Brimstone Stage 12-3 Brutal in 7 seconds. I have 1 Critical Rate Set, 1 Offense Set and mismatch/broken/miscellaneous Set pieces. The glove is Critical Damage (%), while the Chestplate and Boots are Attack (%). The ring and banner are Attack stats while the Amulet is Critical Damage (%). All the substats focussed on achieving high Critical Rate and Critical Damage. The total stats for Saurus is 4800 Attack, 100% Critical Rate, 220% Critical Damage and 114 Speed. You will need to have at least 100 Speed, so you can go first in all battles against the enemies in the campaign!
@Mr.King, Athel is great farmer but you have to forget for any different under 20sec. Her primal attack is strong but is one hit and the rest opponents will take several seconds to hit the foods/chickens. Saurus looks good for farmer but if you are early or mid game player it will struggle to reach 3-4K attack, 100% Cr. rate and 170-200 cr.dmg.
First of all, we need a hero who attacks with AoE from the first skill (A1), and ideally a hero who attacks only with AoE. Having such a champion with good artifacts, you can reach a speed of 6-7 seconds.

Ultimately, Speed Up allows one character to take 3 turns in the time they would normally take 1.5 turns giving any character it is used on a net 1.5 turn gain. Since it cost 1 turn to use it is only a 0.5 turn gain (assuming the battle lasts long enough) for a solo character. The best use of this item is generally considered to be using a low damage per turn character (or dart with max additions) to give up one of their turns for 1.5 turns of the higher damaging character (like Shana/Miranda when farming Unique Monsters).
