The film follows Danny Harvey, who was once the leader of the GSE, a group of hooligans supporting their beloved West Ham United. Danny wants answers as to who killed Joey. They tell him that Joey had become something of a rebel hooligan and challenged the wrong team out of spite, and he was killed. Danny decides to rejoin the GSE much to the chagrin of Victor, who warns him that hooliganism is not what it used to be. Danny soon discovers that the hooligan scene has changed and that the old rules of honor and respect have been replaced by a new system of organized fights, where teams compete for money and fame in underground arenas. Danny learns that Joey was killed by a team called The Last Crew, led by a ruthless fighter named Dex (Joe Egan). Danny vows to avenge his brother's death by taking down The Last Crew and Dex, but he faces opposition from both the police and the other hooligan teams, who see him as a threat to their business.
