Best paint for exterior pebble dash and masonry?
Painting the outside of my house is a huge job and I only want to do it once every decade if possible. The surface is a mix of smooth plaster and rough pebble dash. What kind of masonry paint has the best "filling" properties and can bridge small cracks in the render?

For rough surfaces like pebble dash, you need a high-build masonry paint with good elasticity. I’d suggest checking out the professional masonry range at https://www.paintlab.ie/collections/masonry-paint. These paints are much thicker than standard exterior DIY paints, which helps them get into all those little gaps in the render. They are also designed to be "breathable," so they let moisture out without letting rain in, which prevents the paint from bubbling and peeling over time.
